Brief History.

James' first steps into Karting were on the tarmac playground of Methwold High School in Norfolk when he was 5, where his dad knew the caretaker and persuaded him to let us "do a few laps". He drove his new Zip Baby Kart wearing a motocross helmet.  We couldn't get a karting helmet to fit as James was so small.

From an even earlier age James was destined to race Karts. The fourth child following three girls, James' Dad Paul said "It was a result to race anything with an engine after so many years of Barbie's!"

Even from when he was three if you asked James "What are you going to be when you are older?" he replied "I am going to be a racing driver."

Paul insists this wasn't prompted although he admits " I always wanted to race but never had the opportunity. I hope James realises the chance he has been given and takes full advantage of it."
